2. Non-Refundable Transactions

Transactions that involve completed services, including trading activities, are non-refundable. Additionally, any fees associated with the transaction, such as processing fees or currency conversion fees, are non-refundable.

To request a refund, clients must contact UnityFX Broker's support team through the provided communication channels. The request must include the client's account details, transaction ID, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.

4. Evaluation of Refund Requests

All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. UnityFX Broker reserves the right to approve or deny a refund request at its discretion.

5. Processing Time for Refunds

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
